HR & Payroll Administrator
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely, accurate and compliantly processing of company’s weekly payroll
- Prepares and maintain all employee profiles and record from new hire to exit
- Support employees on benefits and company policy
- Honors confidentially of employee records and wages and company policies
- Administrates and reconciles group benefits and 401k for all employee
- Ensures compliance with state and local labor agencies and government
- Issues FMLA paperwork and monitors the process
- Reports and maintains unemployment cases
- Reports and maintains workers comp cases
- Promotes and maintains the company’s mission, vision and core values

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Five years’ experience in construction administration
- Experience with payroll and group benefits
- Experience in workers comp claims and unemployment cases
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills
- Notary Public is a strong plus but not required
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to hear and speak
- Must be able to lift at least than 10 pounds
