HR & Payroll Administrator

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely, accurate and compliantly processing of company’s weekly payroll
  • Prepares and maintain all employee profiles and record from new hire to exit
  • Support employees on benefits and company policy
  • Honors confidentially of employee records and wages and company policies
  • Administrates and reconciles group benefits and 401k for all employee
  • Ensures compliance with state and local labor agencies and government
  • Issues FMLA paperwork and monitors the process
  • Reports and maintains unemployment cases
  • Reports and maintains workers comp cases
  • Promotes and maintains the company’s mission, vision and core values

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Five years’ experience in construction administration
  • Experience with payroll and group benefits
  • Experience in workers comp claims and unemployment cases
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills
  • Notary Public is a strong plus but not required


  • Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to hear and speak
  • Must be able to lift at least than 10 pounds
